Michigan Governor Whitmer Joins Lt. Governor Gilchrist, Reps. Stevens and Dingell, Local Leaders at ONE HQ for Ribbon Cutting
Today, ONE hosted Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist II, Rep. Haley Stevens (MI-11), Rep. Debbie Dingell (MI-12) and other local leaders and partners at our new headquarters in Novi, MI. The ribbon cutting event included a tour of our battery prototype line and reflective remarks about the future of EV technology and green job creation in Michigan. The celebration followed our announcement earlier this month of a $1.6 billion investment in a 20 GWh Michigan battery cell factory, ONE Circle.
