You can view your daily chat volume by channel. The color-coded chart makes it easy for you to identify trends in how your channels are used for chatting with visitors to your website.
Click the Analytics option on the Navigation menu and then click Chat Volume.
You can filter the results displayed on the chart by clicking the filter icon in the top right corner of the page.
You will be able to select a different date range and the channels for which you want to view data. Once you have made your selections, click the blue Update button to save the filter criteria.
