The Advanced Engineering & Research team develops transformative battery designs and novel product concepts to speed global electric vehicle adoption and energy decarbonization.
As an Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and scaling of new cell, electronics, pack, and software technologies to radically improve energy density, power, safety, and/or cost vs. conventional EV technologies. Working closely with our engineering leads, you will understand and develop the technical requirements for technology development and validation, orchestrate R&D plans and schedules, then manage the execution of those plans.
As part of this work, you will establish and maintain a development roadmap to ensure ONE’s cell, electronics, pack, and software technology meet future product requirements and the overall strategic goals of the company.
